The Association of Police and Crime Commissioners (APCC) is a membership body within government administration that represents Police and Crime Commissioners, Police, Fire and Crime Commissioners, and Deputy Mayors responsible for policing and crime in England and Wales. It works to influence national policing and criminal justice policy on behalf of its members and to support them in holding the police to account for performance, crime prevention, and victim support. All PCCs, PFCCs, Deputy Mayors and Mayors with policing responsibilities are members. The APCC is based in London, England, and is supported by a small to mid-sized team. In May 2026, the organization announced the appointment of Jonny Bugg as its chief executive.
