Our History:
From a one doctor office, limited to endodontics in Bethel Park in 1974, Associated Dental Specialists has grown to the largest endodontic group practice in Western Pennsylvania.  ADS has six offices located in the metropolitan Pittsburgh area, with an ADS office accessible within 15/20 minutes from just about anywhere in Southwestern Pa.  This growth was accomplished one doctor at a time, one patient at a time, and one office at a time. Over all those years, growth and development has been continuous in response to patient satisfaction and our ADS doctors'​ commitment to providing "Performance Beyond all Expectations"​. 
Our Philosophy:
ADS'​ objective is to provide the highest quality of endodontic services promptly, efficiently, and consistent with the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.  We offer expertise in all areas of endodontics; including differential diagnosis of pain, conventional root canal treatment, re-treatment, and routine/complicated endodontic surgery.  ADS feels that they can best meet these expectations and render endodontic services most efficiently by providing services at regional treatment centers, staffed by well-trained and highly competent endodontists who can assure continuity between the endodontist, the patient, and the referring doctor.   We recognize that our success or failure will depend directly upon our ability to be "an extension of the general dentists practice"​.  To accomplish these goals, we must be technically excellent, academically current and totally available 24/7/52 for both our referring doctors and our mutual patients.
