The Associated Builders and Contractors of New Mexico is the Albuquerque-based local chapter of a national association that represents merit shop construction and related firms. The national organization comprises 72 chapters and about 22,000 member firms, spanning all construction specialties with a focus on industrial and commercial work. As a regional voice, the NM chapter engages with federal, state, and local governments as well as the media to convey member interests.
