Strengthening and Establishing Effective Pentecostal Leaders and Churches in the State of Kansas.

The AGK (Assemblies of God Kansas District Council) is an organic organization consisting of 143 local congregations and 439 men and women called to provide ministry leadership. The reality of Jesus’ resurrection and our commitment to following His current activity in life giving, supernatural ministry holds this fellowship together. 

We are a cadre’ dedicated to the authority of scripture, the current leading of the Spirit, supportive relationships, continual development and comprehensive outreach. We embrace an audacious vision of having such healthy, reproducing effective leaders and congregations that one day our godly influence will pervade Kansas until the state carries a reputation of being a “Pentecostal state.” This is a daring vision and its fulfillment depends on Spirit empowerment and strategic, unified action. 

The leadership of the AGK network is dedicated to strengthening and establishing effective Pentecostal leaders and churches in Kansas and throughout the world because the hope of the world is a healthy local church and the hope of that church is healthy ministry leaders. (Ephesians 4: 11 – 13)
