Assa Properties has roughly two decades of experience in residential, retail and commercial properties. Throughout this time, Assa Properties has acquired some three million square feet of assets throughout the United States and Mexico, where it plans, develops, and operates mixed-use buildings, hotels and condominiums.

Currently comprised of two properties located in Midtown and Times Square – and one planned for Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Cassa residents and guests can enjoy the finest in nightlife and luxury: tasteful, modern apartments, convenient amenities and living space, and trendy dining and entertainment. Dining options include Bar Gonzo, a 1970s-themed bar and lounge in the mold of Hunter S. Thompson, and Butter, an upscale eatery spearheaded by Chef Alex Guarnaschelli.

Assa Properties also has extensive experience in remodeling and repositioning properties for a variety of markets, among them 6 Times Square, the landmark Knickerbocker Hotel. In 2013, Assa Properties acquired 19 West 55th Street, a mixed-use structure with 31 residences, 7,600 square feet of retail space and a high vacancy rate. Following extensive renovations, Assa Properties lowered the vacancy rate to near zero–and sold 19 West 55th Street for $50 million.
