ASRus, LLC is a small environmental services firm based in Tampa, Florida. Founded in 2006, it provides hydrogeological and reuse-related professional services to municipal and industrial clients across the state, drawing on extensive groundwater and water reuse experience. The leadership includes CEO Mark B. McNeal, P.G., who has 28 years of experience in groundwater and reuse projects in Florida, and President Tailyn McNeal, who manages administrative and business functions and assists with project activities.

ASRus positions itself to collaborate with larger consulting firms, offering oversight and specialized expertise on projects such as municipal and industrial deep injection wells, Aquifer Storage Recovery (ASR), and water supply development and permitting. Its ASR work includes storing and recovering fully treated surface water, partially treated surface water, reclaimed water, and groundwater, and the firm is currently overseeing drilling an ASR well targeting a storage zone as deep as 3,000 feet. Since its founding, ASRus has completed more than 150 projects for over fifty municipal, industrial, and private clients across peninsular and panhandle Florida, including a turnkey project that involved hiring a drilling company directly to complete a MIT for a municipal DIW client.
