Art Heals Arizona, previously known as Free Arts, is a nonprofit in the health and human services sector that uses arts-based therapy to help children heal from trauma. It is the only organization in Maricopa County and the state that delivers creative and therapeutic arts programs at no charge to participants or partner social service agencies, serving ages 3 to 26. The program combines artistic activities with a therapy-based curriculum and mentoring by staff and trained adult volunteers to help participants express emotions, release trauma, and build self-confidence while establishing trusting relationships with adults.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, the organization coordinates with a network of more than 40 partner agencies to operate at over 120 sites, reaching more than 8,000 children each year. Since its inception, the program has served more than 165,000 participants across Arizona. In 2023, the organization announced the appointment of Matt Sandoval as executive director.
