The Arizona Police Association (APA) functions as a federation of autonomous law enforcement employee groups in the United States. It represents individual officers on wages, discipline, working conditions, benefits, and employee rights within the employer-employee relationship. By uniting its member organizations, APA seeks to amplify the law enforcement voice to engage with state legislatures, federal representatives, and local governments, and to publicly address issues when warranted through press activity and its website. The association provides an optional low-cost legal safety net for members when an employer does not offer adequate scope-of-employment legal protection, in collaboration with the law firm Michael Napier P.C.
