Aqua Terra Water Management is a mid-sized Houston-based company serving the oil and gas sector with water management and disposal services. Its leadership draws on more than eight decades of disposal experience to help exploration and production activities focus on core operations. The company designs and operates facilities to safely and environmentally manage disposal needs and positions disposal sites to align with pipeline infrastructure and improve truck turnaround times.

Aqua Terra notes that tighter wastewater regulations and rising third-party transport and disposal costs complicate cost management for producers, prompting a model that provides upfront visibility into water management expenses. Through joint venture partnerships, the firm aims to handle forecasted volumes, facility construction, water pipelining, and price setting for its producer customers.
