Apple Blossoms owner/designer, Scott Darhower has had a fascination with flowers and plants as far back as he can remember.  Born and raised in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, he held his first flower position at the age of 15.   

  After graduation from high school, he attended and graduated from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a degree in Interior Design.  As the years passed, he continued to practice his skills as a floral designer and pursue his real passion...floral design.  This passion has landed him in positions as lead designer and assistant general manager of seven floral shops...leading him to open his own business.  Over his more than 25 years in the floral industry his designs have graced the doors of both celebrities and dignitaries across the country.  In 1997 he was honored to be chosen as a Judge for The Pennsylvania Horticultural Societies Philadelphia Flower Show.  His skills as a designer have taken him as far away as the United Kingdom.
