We start with an aseptically-filled Blow-Fill-Seal container prefilled with a single dose and then combine it with a pen needle hub. The single primary raw material, pharmaceutical-grade polymer resin, ensures safety and reliability, while the absence of glass makes it lightweight and break-resistant. Our injector cannot be refilled, mitigating the risk of syringe reuse that currently causes 1.3 million deaths annually.
