AOBA is a membership organization representing commercial office buildings and multi-family housing in the Washington, DC region. It supports its members by advancing leadership and advocacy, promoting information exchange, and providing professional development opportunities. The organization has existed for more than three decades and is based in Washington, DC. The association's membership portfolio spans more than 185 million square feet of office space and roughly 400,000 residential units across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
