We are a private practice in Schererville and Chesterton IN, dedicated to helping individuals overcome their anxiety, worries, obsessions, and repetitive behaviors with the use of psychological treatments that are well-researched and known to be highly effective. 

Specifically, we specialize in the treatment of mild to severe/complex anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) & spectrum disorders, and related disorders with adults, adolescents, and children. You can learn enduring healthful thinking patterns and behaviors through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure therapy (aka exposure and response prevention), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and other highly effective psychological treatments recommended by the American Psychological Association and National Institute of Mental Health. 

Conditions we commonly see include: OCD, panic disorder, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), hoarding disorder, specific phobia, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), hypochondriasis (health anxiety), trichotillomania (hair pulling disorder), excoriation disorder (skin picking disorder), selective mutism, separation anxiety disorder, Tourette's disorder, major depression, insomnia, ADHD, and school refusal.

We offer home visits, out-of-office sessions, telehealth, and intensive outpatient treatment (e.g., 2-5 days a week) when it is clinically necessary. We also collaborate closely with physicians, psychiatrists, teachers, and parents to keep them updated with the patient's progress.
