Anti-Violence Partnership of Philadelphia (AVP) is a nonprofit organization operating in the field of individual and family services, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1983, AVP addresses the cycle of violence by offering a range of intervention, prevention, and survivor-support services. Its work includes advocacy and practical support for crime victims and homicide co-victims, violence prevention training for youth and adults, and mental health services for those affected. AVP also seeks to advance systemic change on behalf of victims throughout the region, coordinating efforts across partners to respond to violence. In early 2026, AVPPhila established a partnership with Comeconnect, with hosting support from Community Connections Collaborative and the 37th Ward Communities That Care Coalition. The organization also collaborates with the Philadelphia Center for Gun Violence Reporting to publish a weekly report on gun violence.
