Anglicare Australia operates as the coordinating body for a network of independent social service organisations that work in communities across local, state, national and international levels. The Anglicare Australia Network comprises 34 agencies located throughout every Australian state and territory, as well as New Zealand and Papua New Guinea, delivering a broad spectrum of services such as emergency relief and financial support, aged care, disability support, employment services, and family and children’s programs. Collectively, the network serves more than half a million people directly and reaches over a million Australians in total, supported by a sizable workforce and thousands of volunteers. Based in the Australian Capital Territory at 11 Edgar Street, First Floor, Ainslie, Anglicare Australia functions as the peak body for its network and seeks to influence social and economic policy across Australia to promote a more just and inclusive society. In 2024, the organization released its Rental Affordability Snapshot, reflecting ongoing work to inform policy and public discussion.
