INVESTMENT: Ancorian is a first in class real estate investment sponsor & manager with strategies aimed at providing long term solutions to our investors. Our solutions range from low risk moderate yield opportunities to higher beta value add opportunities. We offer portfolio opportunities to diversify risk and our track record speaks well to our ability to deliver superior risk adjusted returns relative to other alternative investments. Our focus has been and always will be acting as good stewards of our investment partners’ capital.

DEVELOPMENT: We are currently developing in excess of $100 million of projects across all property types and is actively originating new development opportunities to create value from the ground up. Our partners have experience in every facet of the development process and we bring institutional execution to our entrepreneurial approach.

ASSET MANAGEMENT: Maintaining & increasing asset value requires constant oversight. Our asset management services are tailored individually to fit each investment or development project. Value creation doesn’t end at stabilization which is why we approach the hands on day to day asset management effort with the same importance as every other step in the value creation chain.

BROKERAGE: Our brokerage team has completed hundreds of transactions on behalf of third parties and on behalf of our own accounts. We take an aggressive, targeted approach to the marketing process and constantly focus on creative solutions to maximize value for our clients and investors.
