AmTrust Realty Corp. is a privately held real estate company based in New York City, founded in 1993. It manages a substantial portfolio of commercial properties across the United States, totaling about 12 million square feet, and it developed The Amberly, a 33-story luxury residential and retail building in Brooklyn. The firm acts as landlord to public-sector tenants, including the City of New York, the New York City Housing Authority, and the State of New York.

The company pursues a strategy of long-term ownership and asset repositioning to support tenants and maintain value across its portfolio. Recent work on New York properties has included a comprehensive modernization effort featuring a redesigned lobby, upgraded elevators, refreshed common areas, a new façade, and an amenity center on the eighth floor. AmTrustRE has maintained a longstanding collaboration with Gerner Kronick + Varcel Architects. In 2026, Riverside Investment & Development Company partnered with AmTrustRE and DL3 Realty on a development project slated to begin construction in spring 2026.
