In 2002, American Professional started in Los Angeles County providing Basic Life Support (BLS) services. Over the years, the company has expanded its services to include Advanced Life Support (ALS),  Critical Care Transportation (CCT) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). We now encompass a fleet of ambulances servicing over 1000 facilities.
