The American Independent Business Alliance (AMIBA) is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Bozeman, Montana, operating as a 501(c)(3) educational organization. It represents the interests of local independent businesses and supports local economic development, with a small staff of 2-10 employees and a focus on nurturing local entrepreneurship and citizen engagement. AMIBA assists communities in launching and managing buy local campaigns, and facilitates group purchasing and marketing among local businesses, along with other programs to support community enterprise.
