We began as a 501(c)3 nonprofit in 2008 in Cincinnati, Ohio and have evolved into a socially responsible online investment community-based in Chicago, Illinois. Even the banks that sell mortgages at big discounts and take the financial losses benefit by disposing of their problem assets.
