Our business is agricultural real estate loans and leases. We understand that no two farming operations are alike, and likewise their financing needs are not the same. Since our founding, we have provided quality agricultural real estate loans, leasing products, and other related services to farmers across the United States. We specialize in Full Time Farm Loans and FSA Guaranteed Loans.

American Farm has attained “Preferred Lender” status in 32 states fir guaranteed loans through the Farm Service Agency (FSA), a division of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). In addition, American Farm originates and services agricultural loans for the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (Farmer Mac), Prudential Insurance Company of America, and many others.
