American Document Securities is a full service records management center. Shredding, storing, imaging and data vaulting is our total focus, nothing else. ADS is a Certified Woman Owned business, that takes great pride in servicing our customers. We are bonded, fully insured and AAA Certified with the National Association for Information Destruction, NAID, www.naidonline.org. This certification is the highest in our industry, and you are encouraged you to look it up online for your peace of mind. ADS complies with all Federal and State guidelines of our industry including HIPAA and many law enforcement agencies in the entire state of Georgia depend on our services. All of our employees undergo extensive FBI background checks, fingerprinting and drug testing before they are a candidate for employment. Our 30,000 square foot facility is equipped with alarms and twelve cameras inside and out that are tied directly to police and fire department. Each camera records 24/7, 365 days a year. No one is allowed in our facility withyout first signing in, presenting valid ID, and they must be escorted at all times. All of our trucks are equipped with GPS. This gives us the ability to see where our drivers are at all times. Safety inspections are documented each morning and the truck is locked immediately upon exiting the vehicle. ADS is proud to be a GREEN environmentally friendly company and has recycled thousands of tons of paper over the years.
