For 20 years, AMM has stood in the healthcare gap for our neighbors who do not have health insurance and would otherwise not have the healthcare they need. AMM provides access to compassionate, whole-person primary care for working, uninsured adults in order to reduce health disparities in Wake County. AMM's vision is that all Wake County residents have access to quality healthcare and the self-determination to improve their health and well-being. Our holistic approach to long-term health involves primary care, mental health care, and wellness programs. 

Medical services include:
•	Primary care for chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension
•	Acute care for minor illnesses such as strep throat, pink eye and flu
•	Select on-site specialty care, including: Cardiology, ENT, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Endocrinology, Wound Care, Physical Therapy, Orthopedics
•	Select on-site screenings, including:  cardiac testing, mammograms, dental
•	Access to affordable prescription medication through Patient Assistance Programs and Crisis Medication Program 
•       Off-site referrals for specialty care through Wake County Medical Society Project Access
•	Pastoral Care & Counseling Program, including clinicians trained in Pastoral Counseling, Chaplaincy, Licensed Clinical Social Work, and Marriage and Family Therapy
•	"Healthy Steps" Wellness Program, including: 
        •  Diabetes Education & Prevention programming
        •  Cooking & nutrition classes
        •  Garden Education and access to 2,000 pounds of fresh produce from on-site Community Garden
        •  Exercise: Walk with a Doc walking program, Zumba, Yoga, Million Step Challenge

Alliance programs result in improved health outcomes, efficient use of financial and staff/volunteer resources, and dignified patient care.  The clinic is open from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM daily, and provides 24-hour coordination of a patient's medical needs.
