The Alaska Hospital & Healthcare Association (AHHA) is a non-profit trade association in the hospitals and health care sector. It represents more than 65 hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and other healthcare partners across Alaska, from Southeast Alaska to Utqiaġvik. Founded in 1953 and formerly known as the Alaska State Hospital & Nursing Home Association, it changed its name to AHHA in May 2022.

AHHA provides policy and advocacy expertise, hosts education and training opportunities, and facilitates collaboration to share data, resources, and best practices among members and stakeholders. It is based in Anchorage, Alaska, and operates with a small staff to serve a statewide membership.
