The Alameda Health Consortium is a regional network comprised of eight federally qualified health centers that coordinate a broad community-based care delivery network. Collectively, the network operates more than 105 clinic sites and 20 mobile units, serving almost 200,000 patients in Alameda County and about 290,000 across the East Bay. Based in San Leandro, California, the consortium operates within the hospitals and health care sector.
