Locations in Wilmington, Ohio and Tampa, Florida delivering Boeing and Airbus maintenance experience to industry leading customers.  Expansive facilities, extensive capability and customer validated performance make Airborne a trusted name in the MRO market.  

Airborne-Wilmington, OH is a four (4) hangar facility with 315,000 sq. ft. located at a CAT III classified airport.  Located on site in Wilmington, is a 100,000 sq. ft. Component Repair/Overhaul facility that provides 12,000+ line item repair capability including composites, avionics, wheels, brakes, wire-harness, paint, and heat treat capabilities.   Airborne customers receive the support of a Manufacturing division that produces repair parts per FAR 121, replacement part manufacturing per OEM requirements and owner operator parts.  Through Reverse Engineering, Airborne is able to manufacture parts with our Quick Turn Manufacturing to meet customer and maintenance requirements. Material Services is a 40,000 sq. ft. facility marketing parts domestically and internationally. 
Airborne-Tampa, FL is a two (2) hangar facility with 320,000 sq. ft. located at the Tampa International Airport.  The LEAN MRO program that has been implemented throughout the Tampa facility has brought operational efficiencies to the on-site component repair shop and stores operations that oversee tooling for multiple maintenance lines.  The experienced Engineering Staff provides design and certification services on site along with damage/repair assessments and repair design approvals.  Engineering coupled with well-equipped hangar ramps make this location ideal for time sensitive modifications. 

Tampa also services as headquarters to PEMCO Conversions which is an Airborne Maintenance & Engineering Services company.  They are the industry leader in B737 conversions with more than 135 conversions with 35 operators throughout the globe.
