AIDS Services of Austin is a longstanding organization in the health care sector that addresses the HIV and AIDS crisis in Central Texas. Founded in 1987 and based in Austin, it is described as the region’s oldest and largest community-based organization serving people affected by HIV. Each year, the organization provides direct and medical care to over 1,500 individuals and HIV prevention education to more than 10,000 people.

Its mission is to enhance the health and well-being of the community and those affected by HIV and AIDS, with a vision of healthier lives and reduced stigma. In 2018 the organization relocated its health promotion facility to East Austin, and in 2020 it announced a merger with Vivent Health, a broader HIV/AIDS services nonprofit.
