The Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP) is a trade association in the broadcast media production sector that represents U.S. companies specializing in creating commercials across film, video, and digital formats for advertisers and agencies. Its role is to advocate for the production community within the advertising industry, in business circles, in labor negotiations, and before government officials, while developing industry standards, offering professional development, and promoting American production.

Headquartered in New York, with national offices in New York and Los Angeles and eight regional offices, the association serves a production community valued at more than five billion dollars. In October 2025, IATSE announced the ratification of a new contract with AICP covering Production Department Workers in TV commercials.
