Our focus is Commercial, mixed-use, residential, light industrial and multi-family. Our target LTV is 50% but we will consider up to 60% LTV based on credit and appraisal.  At Agoura Hills Financial, you deal directly with the decision makers, and we typically provide same-day approvals on loans that meet our standard guidelines. Our private money rates and cost of funds are extremely competitive. We offer short term financing with a 90 day prepayment penalty along with more traditional programs with fully amortized loans.
