Adam America Real Estate is a privately held real estate development and investment company. Founded by Dvir Cohen Hoshen and Omri Sachs in 2009, the company has grown to become a leader in the development of high-quality multifamily housing in the New York metropolitan area with an emphasis on Brooklyn. We have recently expanded to other markets in Connecticut and Florida.

The Adam America team brings together a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of development including construction, architecture, financing, and marketing. This, combined with a hands-on approach to managing all aspects of the developments enabled the company to become one of the most active developers in the New York multifamily rental and condominium market. The company also has extensive experience in dealing with private and institutional investors and has been extremely successful in structuring investment partnerships and joint venture with United States and foreign institutions from Europe and China.

AARE has completed 33 value-add and development projects with an additional 9 ground-up development projects under construction or in pre-development. In total, the 42 investments represent $2.8 billion of development value, 6.7 million square feet of real estate assets, and approximately 5,450 units. Of the 9 active developments, AARE is building traditional multifamily, build to rent homes, and student housing.
