He was the first author of the modern era to specifically study successful business people and then to find the commonalities for the purpose of educating other people about the elements necessary for success.  One of the commonalities that he found among ALL of these great men was that they employed what he termed to be a “mastermind group,” that is, a group of people that they met with on a regular basis to help them to achieve their goals.
