At Active Day, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities through compassionate, person-centered care. With over 100 locations across 10 states, we provide Adult Day Services, In-Home Care Support, and specialized IDD Services that empower socialization, independence, inclusion, and meaningful community engagement.

Our Adult Day Services offer safe, engaging environments where members enjoy therapeutic activities, build friendships, and receive support for chronic conditions, memory loss, and physical limitations. Our caring, experienced professionals are committed to helping members maintain their independence and dignity.

We also provide comprehensive IDD Services, both in-center and community-based, designed to help individuals build life skills, foster independence, and achieve personal goals. Services may include daily living skills training, therapeutic activities, community involvement, vocational support, and more—delivered with respect for each person’s unique strengths and needs.

In select communities, our In-Home Care Services allow individuals to receive reliable, compassionate support in the comfort of their homes, helping them remain safe, supported, and independent.

We serve communities in: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina. (Home Care is offered in Kentucky and South Carolina.)
