The Academy of Leadership Coaching & NLP is an international coach training and leadership development company. We are the only ICF-approved coaching academy which combines NLP coaching techniques and deep coaching experience with a truly global perspective.

ALCN (formerly ACN) is the culmination of more than a decade’s development of our programs and teaching models, and the building of an international network. Originally grown out of the NLP and Coaching Institute of California, ALCN has been providing coach training in the U.S. and internationally for 12 years. We cater to a worldwide community of students—people from 45 nationalities have attended our courses.
