ABS is a privately held, vertically integrated real estate company founded in 1999 by Earle Altman (Ret.), Gregg Schenker, Steven Hornstock and Peter Burack. From inception we have been dedicated to building lasting real estate and professional partnerships. As an investment led service firm our company focuses on two primary areas of the real estate business:
• providing services exclusively to property owners which add value in leasing, investment sales, property management, construction management and advisory; and
• organizing opportunities to participate in the ownership of real estate.
