AAPA, short for Asian American Professional Association, is a California-based nonprofit organization that advances Asian American professionals into leadership roles through training, networking, and collaboration. Founded in 1999 and based in Los Angeles, it operates as a mid-sized nonprofit focused on developing professionals for corporate and community leadership.
