A1 Flue Systems is part of the Expo Inox Group and the UK market leader in design, manufacturing and installation services for bespoke commercial and industrial chimneys, flues and exhausts. We are the contractor of choice for many of the country’s renowned building specifiers and more than 30 of the largest construction companies. Our projects have included Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, the Olympic Village, The Leadenhall Building and The Shard. In January 2016, we announced we had secured a contract with Skanska to start work on the development of the iconic Battersea Power Station in London. A1 is a family owned and run business that was founded in 1973 and has achieved continued growth through consistent innovation, investment and industry leadership. We employ 140 local people at a 54,000 square feet modern production facility with a purpose-built administration centre, located in New Ollerton, Nottinghamshire. In 2013, we became the first manufacturer in Europe to receive the mandatory EU Directive CE Mark for total commercial chimney and flue systems.
