Situated on the top two floors of The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester in White Plains, New York, it offers a unique combination of New American Cuisine with Iberian influences and authentic Portuguese and Spanish Tapas, impeccable service, and 360-degree views of Manhattan, Long Island Sound, the Hudson River and northern views. Located on the top floors of the tallest building between Manhattan and Boston standing at 600 feet makes it is easy to understand why it is designated by Open Table Diners’ Choice as one of the "2013 Best Scenic View Restaurants.” 42 is also a four-time Best of Westchester Winner in 2013 for Fine Dining, Tapas, Happy Hour, Wedding Caterer.
