The agent will work independently to prospect for buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants, to perform residential sales, leasing, and property management. Must be a self-starter. The agent will build and follow a business plan. The agent compliments his/her lead generation program by management of an assigned portfolio of rental properties. Compensation is 100% commission based. We are especially interested in agents who live in Smyrna, Marietta, College Park, Douglasville, Powder Springs, or Dacula.
