2nd Chance is a London-based, small to mid-sized organization delivering a six-month education-to-employment program for unemployed young people aged 18 to 24. During the first three months, participants pursue English, Maths, and IT Functional Skills while completing five employer-led projects and working with a Career Coach to build work readiness. After completing month three, trainees graduate to associate status and gain access to employer engagement activities, including a structured work experience programme. 

Post-graduation, participants can engage with a range of employers through the program and continue with elements of months one to three. The organization reports a 95% rate of placing graduates into full-time work and provides 12 months of mentoring to support sustainable employment. Its employer network spans from large firms to small and medium-sized enterprises, with collaborations that include project-based partnerships, work placements, recruitment provision, and volunteering opportunities.
