Welcome to 1Team Fitness, a non-traditional style of fitness that incorporates multiple facets of training and exercising, all revolving around getting results and having fun!!

Our team, made up of a small group of highly qualified, certified and skilled trainers are adamant about fitness and helping others get the results they want, while enjoying some of the most lavish and luxurious locations in the world!!  We work with people on all fitness levels, who want to make life changes, get into shape, or stay in shape, but at the same time want to escape the stuffy gym atmosphere.
