1st Class Real-T-Treatment was founded in 2006 by Broker/Owner Henry Bermudez.  Two key elements he realized, during his career in the real estate industry,  propelled him to form our company.  He first realized a dire lack of service and treatment of people purchasing or selling their homes.  The second element was a lack of knowledge and experience in handling real estate transactions.  After obtaining a degree in real estate and years of exposure in the business he was ready to make a change.  By developing a company based on the missing elements of treatment, service and expertise 1st Class Real-T-Treatment was born.
